Custom metal components for OEM manufacturers — rolled, bent, plasma cut, and welded under one roof
Pacific Roll produces custom metal components for OEM manufacturers across a wide range of industries. Where most job shops specialize in a single process, we operate rolling, bending, plasma cutting, and welding capabilities in one facility. That means a complex OEM part that requires flat plate cutting, forming into a curved or tubular shape, and final welding can move through every operation without leaving our shop. The result is tighter tolerances, fewer handoffs, and a shorter lead time than sourcing each operation from a different vendor.
Our CNC plasma table handles flat plate cutting up to 10 feet by 20 feet. We accept DXF and DWG files directly, so if your engineering team has already drawn the part, we can cut from that file without redrawing or reinterpreting the geometry. Gussets, base plates, brackets, flanges, and custom flat shapes are cut to net or near-net dimensions and move directly into the next operation.
Plate rolling produces cylinders, cones, and curved sections from flat plate. Tube and pipe bending — including mandrel bending for tight-radius work — produces curved structural members, fluid transfer lines, and frame components. Angle rolling and beam rolling handle structural sections that need to follow a curved path in a frame or enclosure. Press brake forming handles straight bends and flanges. We select the right process for each feature of your part rather than forcing your design to fit a single machine.
Mandrel bending is particularly common in OEM work where a fluid line, hydraulic circuit, or heat exchanger connection must route through a tight machine envelope. The mandrel supports the bore through the bend, keeping the cross-section round and the wall thickness consistent — important when the line will carry pressure or when the bore must remain clear for flow or for passage of internal components.
Welding and assembly are performed by our AWS certified welders. We can produce weldments, sub-assemblies, and finished fabricated parts ready for your production line. For repeat production runs, we maintain part records and cut files so reorders move quickly without re-quoting from scratch.
Send us your drawings, DXF files, or part descriptions and we will quote the full scope.
